BABIP too high for young players

There was an issue, with a BZ #, regarding BABIP "wraparound" for young players resulting in guys with high contact ratings but poor ratings everywhere else.

The issue seems to still exist, hence my post here. I could not locate the old BZ # to know what its resolution was.

I'll try and find the BZ for it and make sure it gets looked at again for v10. In the meantime, I'll move this thread to closed for housekeeping purposes.
