Can't install 9.2.3

When I try to run the .exe file, I get an error saying it can't install because the eLicence40.dll file was not found. I tried re-installing the game and got the same error.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Have you copied the new .exe to the OOTP Baseball 9 directory under Program Files - it's not a full patch, but just an executable replacement.
