OOTP 9 Startup HELP!

Hi I purchased the most recent version of OOTP 9 two weeks ago. I have really been enjoying playing it for two weeks with no technical issues. However, now i start the program and click on the "Load Game" option my game loads successfully, but then my computer (windows vista) informs me that "OOTP has stopped working" It does this even after i try running as an administrator. I was really enjoying the game...what can I do?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, preferably using version 9.2.11?
