Face pack problems

I downloaded a face pack from here and I need to know which folder to put it in. I put them inpictures and nothing happened. Can anyone help me?

If you want player pictures to show up for historical leagues, put them in the OOTP Baseball 9\data\photos folder, per the readme file inside. If you want to add them to a specific league, put them in the following folder: OOTP Baseball 9\data\saved_games\(League Name).lg\news\html\images
