Error 201: Connect error
I joined an online league and when I want to do the ftp team export I get the "error 201: Connect error" message.
My internet is running as I can surf in the internet so it shouldn't have anything to do with the internet connection and when I check for updates it workes as well. Any ideas what the problem could be? |

I think this is related to the new patch ftp safeguards for online leagues, and the transitioning process from one online league owner to another. I can find out and post the outcome of this concern later tonight.

December 17th Update: This is still an outstanding issue - Skywalker76 can't connect to the ftp server of this online league. He is the only one out of 28 owners in this league (the CDL) that is having the issue so it is no longer a concern with either our league file or transitioning to the 9.2.11 patch.
More info in case this is related to the other recent patch related connection issues posted here: He is using 9.2.11 patch and is running OOTP9 on the Vista OS. I have a laptop with Vista on it and may do some tests later if I have time in case it is somehow related to the OS. If I find anything out I will add to this post. |

As always, one can suggest checking for firewall and antivirus conflicts. You might also want to try downloading a fresh set of league files. Other than that, it is exceedingly difficult to pinpoint individual connectivity issues.
