Online League - Error -201: connect error

Ok, I have one small problem. We just recently switched to 9.2.11 and I have one owner who is having a problem. He says he has patched to 9.2.11 and has downloaded the league file provided by us with a new FTP password in the correct location, but he is getting an Error 201. I notice that about half of the league has already exported, so this cannot be a widespread issue.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Did he do it in that order?

Is this a new owner? Was he able to import/export before the patch?

Yes (at least he says so); no; yes

Ask him to download a fresh copy of your league files. Have him try toggling his antivirus and firewall programs.

Thanks for the responses Nutlaw, he said he got it to work but doesn't know how. My guess is, he never downloaded the file correctly in the first place, but I had to come on here and ask if anyone had come across similar problems that ended up being something else.
