Online league file won't generate archive

I'm trying to archive my league's file to prepare to upload, it gets about 600 files into the 4000 or so to create and the game just stops creating the archive and there seems to be no way around it.

Any ideas?

And when I manually create a tar.gz to the server with the same name, the game won't download it.

And people still aren't always able to download the archives, even when I manually create the tar.gz file and put it on the server, though I am -- and a few others -- are able to do so now.

There is clearly a problem that's occurred recently with something related to the newest patch.

I've reverted to 9.2.10, because no one seems to think this is a problem.
