Can relievers ratings be edited?

I just converted to OOTP9 from V2007.

I tried to edit ratings for relievers endurance and the game would not do it.

The maximum rating I see for relievers is 3.

I would like to raise that, but the game will not let me edit them.

I can edit the starters.

I posted this on the Discussions Forum and asked if anyone else had the same problem.

Tycobbler said he has the same problem.

Help would be appreciated.

Can you change the pitcher's role to a starter, edit the endurance and then change him back to a reliever?

I'm not seeing this issue, EC. In a fictional league while playing in Commish Mode, I can go to the Editor tab within the Player Profile and change the endurance of any player to any value between 1-250. It shows up just fine in the main Player Profile screen no matter which ratings scale I use, including the 1-10 scale which I believe that you are using.

What are you doing that might be different than what I was doing? Are you playing a historical league?

The problem was me. Several guys told me what to do on the Discussions Forum.

I normally play with scouting off. I decided to try it on and found out that you must run a scouting report to get the changes to take place. I could edit the relievers ratings, they just would not show up until I ran the ratings report. When I didn't see them change, I thought something was wrong.

Sorry to bother you.

I tried that.

My ignorance was the problem.

I always play with scouting off. But this time I decided to try it.

See above post for details.
