Crash error says can not load face

Game get stuck attempting to loan database error says

DATABASE:: load_database - could not load faces file

Re-boot several times same problem

Is the faces.dat file in your saved game .lg folder zero bytes in size? You could try moving it out of your .lg folder to see if the game will load up, but your FaceGen data will be lost.

Which version are you using?

you were dead on I took out the face.date file which was at 0 bytes and it booted no problem
