GamePlay : Face Gen Problem

I searched through the threads and this problem has been brought up with out a solution. The problem I am having is there are at least 80-90% players in my league with East Indian Decent there are no Caucasians. This only happens with players from the US and the other countries are varied. Here are some details of my league, its a historical league using the The Lahman Baseball Database I haven't had many problems with the league through 10 years of game time. I have the most updated OOTPB 9 and have tried to uninstall and reinstall still way to many East Indian players. Like I said all of the threads about this I've seen have been closed without resoultion. Any help would be apperciated!

So did a bunch of players who used to be Caucasian all of a sudden turn into East Indians, or has the game simply begun generating new players as East Indians?

All the players that were generated in my first year where 80-90% East Indian without any Caucasians. As the league has progressed the players continue to be by default all East Indian from the USA.

Are you using fictional faces on the real players in the game? I'll check the Bugs List but I'm sure there's a bug listed about historical games defaulting to East Indian facial characteristics.

Yes I'm using Face Gen with a historical league. I searched and could not find any reference to a known bug but it wouldn't surprise me. If you find a link that would help out.

Yes I am everything is up to date as far as I'm aware says 13.

If you create a new historical league as a test, are the players inappropriately East Indian?

This has been commented on before that using fictional faces in a historical league will result in players being East Indian as that is the default face type and the Lahman database doesn't hold facial type.

Unfortunately it does as the Lahman database doesn't specify facial type.
