22% error

I'm running version 9.2.13 in Vista. I used to have a problem with games sticking at 22% in 9.2.2, then eventually loading. All my games load fine, but the online league I just joined it freezes at 22%. Any clue what I need to do?

Is this still a problem? Is your commissioner on the same version of the game as you?
