Cannot load world file/file corrupt - online league intial files

Version: 9.2.13
PC/MAC: PC
What were you doing? Trying to install my online leagues' initial files
What happened? I did an uninstall of ootp and all the league files due to some other issues I was encountering and was attempting to trouble shoot the probelm When I downloaded the online league's zipped initial files everything downloaded, I can see the files in the proper data/saved game files. Also, the leagues show up in the saved game file of the game. But, when I try to open the saved game ootp says it can't find the world league file, then says that the file is corrupt.
Reproducible? Yes, it occurs on both of my online leagues intial files that the GREAT commissioners have instructed me to download again.
Problem occurs with other leagues? Yes, online leagues have been the only ones I have tried doing this with though

I am not batting 1.000, I loaded the league file from my third league and it did the same thing

This file was an update file with the most recent sim

Are all commissioners in your leagues using version 9.2.13?

I know that one of the three isn't scheduled to do this until this weekend, I am still waiting to hear back from the other two.

Two of the three are running older versions, still waiting on one more league.

That's probably a bad sign, then. Try running the same version as them and see what happens.

All seem to be upgrading over the weekend. I am going to see what happens with the files on Monday.

I am still waiting, one website seems to have been hijacked so the comissioners of the league I am sure are working on resolving that issue. The other league I hope to get a file for soon. Thanks for your patience,

Two down one to go. Once the online leagues upgraded to 9.2.13 and I have a new file to download using the new version, then I can get a file to load. If I have issues with the third league I will let you know. Thanks for the advice!
