Export Error

Playing in my first Online League and I am trying to Export via FTP. When I click this it attempts to upload but gets stuck at 50% and says:

Error! Could not upload file. Error -201: Connect Error.

When I click the help screen it says You have manually retired a player. This player can now be found in the list of retired players, in the league history section.

Please help!

The help file is obviously incorrect.

Did you try exporting at a later time? Maybe your connection simply timed out.

Yes I have tried multiple times. I am also unable to download any league update files.

Are you and your commish both using the same version of OOTP? (Hopefully 9.2.13?)

Have you tried redownloading the league files for the online league?

Do you have any firewalls enabled?
