New owner password problems?

Wondering if anyone has had or is having this problem. When I add a new online owner they cannot use the passwords I give their teams. Usally here is the process I use.

1) Add them as new owners and pick their team, I put a simple password in for their team example:aaa

2) I then upload the league file with the new owners in the game.

3) I make a winzip file of league for new owners to access. I never had a problem before.

4) I then e-mail the new owners their password and also a league password if they have problems, last 3 owners I had join league all had problems, before that no problems?

Any help or step by steps I am missing now?

What version of the game are you using? And what version of the game are they using? If you are post 9.2.11 and they're prior then they won't be able to get it to work.
