Unhappy Crazy schedule I keep getting in Fictional League.

Im trying a fictional league with 40 teams 2 leagus 5 teams per division.

This is the crazy schedule I keep getting:

4/15/08 Playoffs
4/13/08 Reg Season Ends
1/08/08 All-Star Game
1/06/08 All-Star Players Announced
10/18/08 Opening Day
9/18/08 Spring Training
9/01/08 Roster Exansions
7/3108 Trade Deadline
6/15/08 First Year Player Draft
5/16/08 Player Draft is Published

As you can see, that is all screwed up. My minor league games are being played in March while my Major league games dont even begin until October lol. Can anyone tell me how to Fix a schedule properly. Ive tried to use the general schedule in League Tools, Edit League Schedule, then Generate Fictional Schedule. But it seems like you have to be a rocket scientist to change all of the above dates to a normal MLB schedule. Im seeking some big time help here. Im willing to restart the league also. Im only at the beginning of the process, its the 3rd time redone the league, thinking that ive just missed something.

Thanks in advance, James.

When editing the schedule or the league parameters, isn't there an option for when to start the season? I'm fairly sure that there must be. You've got to find that and set it to the start of April again.

Yea, I found the tool to change the date of when the league starts, thanks for that.

However, there was a bug. Even though it changed the date of the league starting, it still didnt change SPRING TRAINING. Spring Training still stayed at 9/18/08. So I did a work around and clicked the "cancel" spring training button I found and regeneranted a schedule, then went back and unchecked the box again to again have spring training. Once again regenerating a schedule. That fixed the problem. Now Im good to go.

Thanks for the help.

Hooray!

Depending upon what time of year you change the schedule, the game might take different actions in regard to Spring Training or the like. I'm glad that you got everything figured out.
