Game crashes on Expansion/Protection menu

Just finished 1981 in a historical league and the league tells me I need to protect my players for the Expansion Draft. However, when I click on Expansion Draft & Protection List in the League menu, the game crashes.

This is the first time I've arrived at this point, so I know I must be doing something wrong. So... what is it? :-)

Are you using version 9.2.13?

Yes, I am. But I upgraded after I had started this league.

BTW, if I try to sim past the day I am supposed to submit my protected list, the game crashes.

I've tried this on all the expansion points in the game and can not get this to reproduce. Would you be able to zip up your .dat files and FTP them to us as per the instructions in the How To FTP Files to Us thread.
