HOW DO I STOP LOSING 5 PLAYERS A SEASON TO LIFE OR CAREER OR SEASON ENDING INJURIES!!!

There is an option to disable injuries from the game entirely in the Game Setup section if you'd rather. Also, keep in mind that players with past injuries are more likely to get injured again.
