eLicense
The eLicense I was given at purchase is no longer working. I had erased the game off the computer several months ago and am looking to put it back on now. Can anyone help me to get the game working again? I have e-mailed eLicense about getting a new License but have not heard back in 4 days. This is all very frustrating. Spring training is here, I have an itch and I have time off work. I have paid for this game and should be able to put it on my computer anytime I want to. This is even the same computer as before. Can anyone help?

If you haven't heard anything by the end of the week, please email me at tc@ootpdevelopments.com and I will see what I can do. They should be working Mon-Fri, the weekends they aren't at full strength or very low staffing. So you should hear something asap.
They usually look for your email address you used when ordering, they might ask for an mailing address if you provided it, and they could even verify the credit card used to buy the game as well. If you changed email addresses, that could be some of the issue. Good Luck.
