Home Team incorrect in news

I've seen this everytime I get to the play-offs.

When the final game of the World Series is over, the news always lists the game as being played at the stadium of the winning team, even if they are the visitor.

example - Calgary at Halifax, game 7. Calgary wins, the news says the game occured at Stampede Grounds (home of Calgary).

I just happened to run across this as I was researching another issue. I think this issue was logged here:
