Gm bonus

I have a CEO award for the best GM'd team (based on wins & profit) each season, under 6.5 we did a second draft and the finishing order determined the first round of our second draft. then it reverted to normal order.

so my question is what other rewards do you guys use for things such as these.

We have two special awards which confer Contribution Points on the winners (CP can be exchanged for a variety of benefits during our Winter Meetings):

12 "Best Of" awards that recognize outstanding writing contributions in a number of different categories. The winners get 5 CP and no one can win more than two categories.
An "Executive of the Year" award that's as much about out-of-game circumstances as winning in-game. This year, for instance, the winner made a number of helpful suggestions that improved how things are run in the league. Last year we awarded co-EotY awards: one to an owner who created a substantial amount of art for the league and the other to an owner who stuck by his team even as he battled through neurological hardships. The EotY winner gets 10 CP.

Cash.

Cash for creating All-Star ballots, post-season award ballots, cash for news articles contributed (both in the game, and on the league's bulletin board) and the like.

We have a salary cap and a cash max limit, but money you earn by doing good deads is allowed to be kept even if you exceed your cash max.

What league is that for, Raidergoo? I'm curious to read more like exactly how much for each.

well it turns out i can do 2 drafts the way we had been, i was just being dense in the mechanics of it.
