Problem with feeder league

I posted this else where, but thought I'd put it more out in the open.

I have two feeder leagues - college and high school -

I had them the way I wanted them at one point, but I had to redo my rosters and now they're all bad. I have deleted the players and had the game "create fictional players" and it didn't work. they're potential ratings still suck.

is this a glitch? did it just freak out because I made the major league players crappy? or is there an easy way to fix that that I'm not aware of?

*sigh*

You'll proabably have to give some more details, but if you decreased the quality of the major league it will affect all the leagues below it.

I have tried to put both the major league player creation at 1 and the feeder leagues at 1 and am still getting these crappy feeder players.

I got it to work once. not sure what happened sense.

Have you deleted the the feeder leagues and added new ones, or are you just deleting players and regenrating them?

i have tried both.

it's also weird that both times I have tried to do this that it hasn't generated any pitchers worth note (all the top prospects are hitters for both the college and high school)
