Waiver claims broken?

I know waiver claims in online leagues were an issue under OOTP 2007/8. My understanding was that the issue was fixed in OOTP 9. We're nearing the end of our first season under version 9 and, to this point, there hadn't been any complaints. All of a sudden, however, one owner is piping up that he's putting players out on irrevocable waivers and they're getting claimed but the claims aren't being processed. Looking at his in-game inbox, this seems to be correct. He's getting notification of the claims but they're not actually happening.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? How many of you are still using a forum-based waiver claim system under OOTP 9? I'd prefer not to go back to that, but I certainly will if waiver claims are still broken for online leagues.

They work correctly intermittently.
I still see what has happened in your league happening.
It's all very odd and I can't put a finger of what triggers it to happen correctly.

Yes, we have always had this issue. It seems to me like the claim isn't included in the export for whatever reason. I have had good success with people emailing me their claims and entering them manually after I import from ftp. A little bit more work but we don't have a huge amount of waiver activity in my league.

Yes, they're broken. I've had multiple issues where a guy is waived, successfully claimed, and then isn't actually put on the team that claimed him.

Disappointing to hear, but at least I know definitively. I'll reinstate our waiver claim forum and resume handling claims manually. Thanks for the info, guys.
