How do you put you're online league on the web?

How do i put my league on the web? Like have all the standings, scores, stats all that stuff on the webb. Like the BNN homepage, i need to get mine on the web can somone tell me how?

The first requirement is webspace, to which you would upload all these reports. Webspace is disk space on a special kind of computer called a "server" which is connected to the web.
