Custom Logos not showing for others in Online League

This probably is more of a commissioner isn't doing something right versus something wrong with OOTP, but I am commissioner of a fictional online league, with fictional user created logos obviously...

The logos show up and work fine on my computer, but other league members are only getting some of the logos to show up when they download the league file..

Any ideas or suggestions what is going wrong?

I'm also having issues with the logos not showing up on the HTML reports that I upload..

Any help/ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I'm going to move this to the Commissioner's Corner forum because I think it's more a setting or button that needs to be clicked rather than a bug.

More than likely, as far as the html reports are concerned, your logos may not be in the same case. The game recognizes both upper and lower case but uploads copies of the files like: Toronto_Blue_Jays.png instead of toronto_blue_jays.png. To make sure, on your website, right click on the missing image and click show image. Note the name of the file that it is looking for. Then make sure you've uploaded images named exactly like that to your /news/html/images folder.

For your league members' in-game images, just zip up the /news/html/images folder and share it with everyone in your league.

I did verify that this does fix the problem. Is there any indication that this has been fixed in OOTP 10? I've been wanting to start a league for friends/family that don't have the game (running it all via email/forum), and I'd prefer to just wait for v10 if the issue no longer exists. I like running really big worlds, and having to manually fix a hundred team pics is sort of daunting.
