Importing/Exporting, Adding/Deleting Ballparks in Patch 2?

Are either of these options returning in Patch 2?

Is there a way to deltete ballparks out of the league....seeing how every team has their own plus there in about 200 something parks ladeled "Park 1, Park 2 and so on"
