BTW, can anyone answer my question from one of these previous update threads about if this patch will address the major issues when importing rosters from 6.5, where the stats are really skewed toward pitching? Thanks.

To repeat my earlier question: do I need to download both patches or just the new one?

The new patch incorporates the code from the last patch. But if I may ask...why didn't you patch last time?

These daily updates of patch 2 are a great idea. Thanks. Kind of reminds me of TRTR. It's probably too late, but maybe daily screenshots would be in order.

I guess I can say something about the PbP issues, since I put almost all of them into TT (pulled from the XML File Suggestion thread and other places on this forum). These fixes will eliminate weird messages that some people had been seeing, such as a fielder waving himself off to catch a fly ball, and a PbP string that ended without indicating whether a runner was out or safe.

For a great summary/collection of these issues, look up Logged Issues inside the technical support forum, where fantom1979 has recently tucked away all the threads that pertain to these numbers.

I don't know what you mean and would love for you to explain it to me. I hate being kept out of inside jokes that involve me.

You mean that's a bug, I benched my centerfeilder when he called himself off and then couldn't get to the ball.

I saw that section there are 163+ post on that sub form when I was going through it yesteray, spent over an hour going through all the ones lables PBP error and crash errors and so far only found 3 numbers that are listed as fixes.

Quick question about the FTP uploads. I think I understand that this will upload the league reports, etc. zipped in the tar.gz format. Will this also include the ability to upload zipped directory files (by the commissioner) that league members can download to their computer, unzip, and then use to upload their own team exports to the server? In other words, does the new FTP function upload both the html structure AND a downloadable league file?

Thanks!

This dialog uploads the downloadable league file, containing all the files that the league members might need.

The other dialog used to create the html reports could get the file compression feature added, too...

Please can anyone (Marc, Markus, Andreas, Santa Claus?) answer my question regarding if this patch will fix/improve importing 6.5 rosters and players from other databases?

What problems, specifically, were plaguing you?
