graphics problem

switched to a newer computer and now my version 5 sw is unreadable, looks like a white out, can't read any text. Have deleted and reinstalled twice with same effects, garlon told me he had same problem and is in settings, but can't read headings.?????

Game folder select "game config" file then toogle 3D setting.
