Sion screen

the screenshots are coming up very slow i guess due to heavy traffic. But i have seen enough of the screen to see that it still has a Harry Potter look to it that really should be addressed. I have made a number of suggestions in the other forum but they don't appear to be addressed. I think that it would be a major improvement to simply use a black and white look to the sion screen. I have not seen the other game page but i hope the Ballpark dimensions have been eliminated because it is just wasted space on that page. Ballpark dimensions are nice to have but they really could be on the team home page thus giving us a less cluttered game page.

FYI, there is a TT in place to have the ballpark dimensions in the WebCast screen moved to the ballpark itself. Doesn't mean it will happen, but a lot of the beta team agree with this point ...

And if you don't like the SION logo, it is located in c:\(install directory)\data\skins\(skin of your choice)\images and can be replaced with any .png you prefer.

Don't think I'd like a greyscale skin, but maybe a skinner would like to try it. That and/or a sepia-toned skin might add flavor for the historic players.

sounds like changes are being considered or actually can be made. The ballpark dimensions as i said might be important in trading or signing players but they really aren't important as a part of in-game managing or at least if they could be part of a pop-up it might make more sense.

I think the weather conditions should be placed on the gamescreen somehow, if even just a little smidgen in the corner that gives it.

How about a modified picture of the playing field with a tarp over it during a rain delay.....Ahhhh, thoughts of Rick Dempsey coming to my head.....
