Automator Panel?

This probably a silly question, but there's one option in the commish portal screenshot under "Commish Actions" that I don't recognize - Open Automator Panel. What is the automator panel, and what does it do?

This is a great addition for online leagues and makes the commish's job so much easier. Basically what it does is it:

-Releases players with DFA time of X or less
-Backs up league files
-Sims for X number of days
-Creates League Files
-Creates League Reports
-Uploads everything to the server

It does all of that with one button, the execute button. It's all simplified down to one easy-to-use button.

Is this feature available solely for online Commissioners, or is it also available for ham-fisted solo players, like me, who can certainly use all the one button conveniences we can get?

I'm pretty sure you have to set your league as an online league, but of course even if you do that, it doesn't have to actually be online. Get what I'm saying?

Hmmm...I think I have a tenuous grasp on that. We can have an online league that's not actually online, what Dan Rather might call a "fake but accurate" online league, right?
