The frustrating thing is that you are right, and I have to be patient for the developer to have the time to nail dynamic cities.txt and nations.txt to test them out. Given that he spends oodles of time on aging, development, and bug quashing, I have little room to complain. Battists is going to bring it up again; we'll see what comes.

Or, as the monks taught me: Not yet. Answer hazy. Try again later.

Would those monks be of the Order of the Magic 8 Ball?

For example, let's say you play a fictional set but decide to add a real roster set that somebody created. Simply save that as a template, and add it to your existing league So you can basically merge any number of OOTP 2007 games into one single game.
So if I'm reading this right, let's say I have a "state" baseball league which I do now in the 1800's. Once it catches up in time let's say to my larger universe I can just save it as a template and bring it in???

I'm not going to harp on it now. That's why I said "in the future". I know Markus has his hands full at the moment, and this certainly isn't a deal-killer for the game, especially considering all the great new enhancements. But this is definitely something that I think needs fixing at some point, hopefully in 2007.

Start a 'campaign' to get it fixed! It's fun.

I can't find it by searching, but if I add a league to the system, will I be able to move a team from an existing league into the new league?

I had two concurrent leagues in OOTP2006 and I wanted to move a team from league A to league B but the only way to do it was to delete it from league A and add as new in league B, but I wanted to keep the personnel.

I believe the answer to this was "yes" somewhere else.

Doesn't that go along the lines of promotion/demotion, but between equal leve leagues?
