A major suggestion for an update some day...

I think it'd be awesome to be able to load the opening day rosters save file and then manually add 2 teams and have the ability to go thru expansion drafts with the real rules.

I think we can, at least if it's still in the preseason. That's the impression I get.

There is an expansion wizard which you can use on any league during the offseason or preseason
