Yeah, it's the same version. No text has changed, just the hyperlinks work now.

Is this the correct place to post errors in the manual?

Asumming so here's the first I've found
p490 Sect 27.8 "Customizing nation flags is covered in Section Error! Reference source not found.

Oops! There are more than this instance. I just noticed one under "Names" (section 28.0)

A Adobe search yields this in the following three sections:

27.8
28.0
29.0

Another minor typo: p. 485: "These values are only used if no more accurate value can be determined through ethnicities.txt. See Section 0 for more information ..."

The italicized text is grammatically incorrect and should read "if a more accurate value cannot be determined".

The bolded text is a typo and should read "Section 29.0".

Also ... on page 398, paragraph 2 ends with "rusty players won't perform well. See Section" but doesn't list the section.

Okay, so the OOTP server is down (or the link is bad at this page) and rapidshare won't let me download it for free since I screwed up saving it the first time, so I can't get to the manual. Can the OOTP site get fixed?

The ootpdevfiles link on the page you listed above seems to work OK, at least this morning. Please give it a try again.

I still get an error when I go to http://ootp2007.ootpdevfiles.com/ootpb2007_manual.pdf

I checked in in both Firefox and Internet Explorer to make sure it wasn't a compatibility issue.

What if you right-click and "Save link as"?

Also, this may be obvious, but you have Adobe Reader (or an equivalent) installed, right?
