How did the game assign Ryan Howard to be my face?

That's not my name, and it sure isn't my face!

Why is something like changing a managers picture seemingly so difficult? Am I missing the obvious? I have read that section of the manual, but something isn't working.

The picture button in the lower right corner of the Manager Options page brings up nothing.

Put your picture ie. Jim_Baseball into this folder-

C:\My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\saved_games\your league name.lg\news\html\images

Restart the game.

Go to your Mangers Home page, and it should be there now. If you make the "new picture" selection that's exactly what you're going to get. The game is going to generate a new picture for you named manager_1

oh btw delete the manager_1 picture and all the other manager pictures you've allready created for your guy; that's if you did, before doing the above steps.
