Scouting other Nations

Hey, i think i found a small bug, when my scouts come back reporting they've found a new talent, but the player is already playing for a team in my league usually somewhere in the minors, and they have been there for a few seasons.

Please report this in the technical support forum. This sounds like a holdover bug from 2006.

I've had good success scouting in other countries, maybe too good of success. I've found a couple 4-5 star guys in 1-2 years.
