photo for fictional player

I created a fictional player to represent a real life player that was not in my game. How do I replace the facegen with the real life photo. I placed a jpg in the images folder with his name, but the real life photo does not show up. Can anyone help me?

It has to be named fistname_lastName or by playerIDnumber. did you restart the game sometimes pics don't reload untill the next time the game is started.
