Fictional Really Rocks

Have been a steady OOTP fanatic since Season Ticket Baseball and have always played Historical. So I decide to try the Fictional Quick start seeing its only 16 teams. Low and behold I'm 10 season's in and love it. I thought not having real players was boring, but I'm really getting to know my players and am really enjoying this aspect of the game...Looking forward to the new Historical feature's and will still mainly play Historical, but I will also now play fictional and can't wait to make my own teams. Anyway's just a ramble as we all eagerly wait for Wed. Have a great weekend everyone.

I will say this - historical has grown by leaps and bounds in this addition. It's not perfect - it will continue to improve - but it has serious teeth.

There are several of us who are historical bb freaks, and we are very devoted to testing and pushing the thing. So that's one nice area that has jumped up.

But re: fictional, this is really improved with all of the bug fixes and so forth.

ootp8 hasn't a chance. not a chance...

Ahh, another convert. How gratifying. Slowly we are taking over here, and historical play will be just a memory by OOTP 12.
