OOTP 9 runs faster and more efficient than OOTP 8, so any system that worked with OOTP 8 will have no probs with OOTP 9

Might want to change "Hero of the Day" to something like "Player of the Day" or "Star of the Day". "Hero" sounds rather odd IMHO.

Something that has bugged me in OOTP 2007 is that hot/cold streaks seem to be calculated at each level independently. Stands to reason, that a hot player in AA is probably going to remain a hot player in AAA for at least a little while until he regresses back to normal.

Was that cosmetic only or has that been changed or not in OOTP 9.

Of course there is the argument that they are facing tougher pitching in Triple-A most likely, plus some added pressure trying to prove they can play there and deserved the promotion, new ballparks, new teammates, etc.... They may not necessarily continue on a hot streak.
