Word of advice - you don't want the 1st version

A friendly word of advice - you might want to wait a few hours before downloading OOTP9 on Wednesday. Like any new product, usually the initial batch has production problems. If you wait until the evening, you'll have a better version.

I seriously doubt there will be two versions released tomorrow. The first changes would be in a patch down the road.
