Only have 1% here and can't wait...
I have to get dinner done and get some sleep I work nights, so can't wait... That being said just wanted Markus to know that I hold no hard feelings. I figured it would be a long shot to get it downloaded today anyway because of all the anticipation. That also would explain all the complaining. They just want the game now. That should give pride to anyone connected with the game production wise. I figure I will play it soon enough and when I do I will be blown away. Either way I wish you all that got it downloaded good times tonight. I will catch up with you all tommorrow. Hey Markus just think tommorrow you can turn off the computer. Have a good day everybody....See ya...

Again..i think complaining is a strong word. Just disappointment that you can't get your hands on a game you were promised at a certain time on a certain day, would be the theme.
DISAPPOINTMENT...not complaining. But maybe that's me.

Started my downloaded right at 2:15 the second it was put up. I'm not at 44% and stuck there for the last 30 min. They had to know this was going to happen and should have been mirrors like past years.

It downloads onto my computer with no wait, no percentage, no nothing. And then I open it and it reads not a valid Win32 app. Whats up?

after 1 hour and 40 minutes, I haven't even been able to bring up or start the download . . . is that normal? Anyone else in the same situation. I'm just worried I'm doing something wrong.

I don't mind waiting a little longer.
I do think it's absolutley laughable that the game went live and had ONE download server. That is about the dumbest thing I've ever heard. That just shows though, Markus is a talented and smart coder, but he clearly lacks common sense. |

Wow, Markus says ~2PM and everyone expects to have downloaded the game by 2:01.
As if nobody ever experienced a release day where servers get bogged down, everyone expects OOTP to be problem free. Didn't Markus say he was working on a torrent. It's been 1:30 since the game was released. Relax everyone. Can't you think of the delay as being stuck in traffic on your way to Gamestop and then having to wait in line behind some kid who is trading in 30 PSone games along with his entire DVD collection? If this were the case, would you be bitching that you pre-ordered and should be allowed to cut in front? Sheesh!

Got a connection through the mirror... slow, but plugging away. Once a torrent is up I'll DL it as well and just let it seed for a few days.
