Problems starting game

I've downloaded the file multiple times from different mirrors and installed it on my PC (Vista). Every time I try to run the game (even as an administrator, it doesn't start). Anybody having this problem? Any help?

I have the same problem every time I try to run the game. I am using Windows XP SP3.

Same problem here. Running Vista Home Premium with Admin privileges. No AVG installed either. Keep getting crashed due to Data Execution Prevention and elicense40.dll
