License won't work!

FINALLY was able to get it downloaded and installed and when I put in my order number to get my license, I received an error saying the connection to the server has timed out.

I tried doing it offline by going to the license.net website, saved it to file, and I get an error code 97, saying the off-line package is incomplete and cannot be decoded.

HELP!

I am having trouble too with both the offline and online license. Says it's not even in the database. Whatever. I can wait.

these threads always surprise me, I have elicensed over 20 games without one problem.

I do know that most people have had good luck contacting elicense.

i never had a problem before, but when it tried to verify my internet connection, it couldnt. Usually it works fine

I got the off-line license to work. I wasn't copying the "begin user" and "End User" words in the text box. DOH!!

Me too. That's why I tried the off-line license.

Does anyone know if we get two licenses? Previous versions had two thats why I ask?

Yes, the game comes with two licenses per order ID. Can be used on two computers but not by two different users.

My license for my mac isn't working. It says that the serial number is the incorrect length? I'm copying and pasting and definitely am putting in the serial number sent to me by email. The serial number says its for windows, I'm thinking that might be it. What do i do now?

Looks like you purchased in the wrong web store

Please send me an email, I'll take care of it tomorrow morning.
Don't use your license number in the meantime.
