I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed however, the home team's last letter on the score board is partially cut off. It should be MEM which is short for Memphis.

Not to hijack the thread, but I've never had an ejection and subsequent suspension for anything other than a brawl. Weird.

Eugene, here's another one as in post #344. BTW, note that this is the second "ugly incident" in two days . . . hmmm, something about the frequency of suspensions . . . It's OK that MH said "nothing to see here, move along" in my scholarly thread on the matter. I'm having fun playing commissioner and granting clemency in an arbitrary manner.

I think the problem with the 0-0 and 3-3 game scores may be that the category is not programmed to use the game score token. If this is the case, I will just remove the game score token.

I will get back to you on this.

Lost in my euphoria after turning my first OOTP triple play(!!!!)....

It's okay until "they turn two!"


It was a 5-4-3 triple play, runners 1st and 2nd. Mendez was the batter.


EDIT: looked in the Game Log too. U5-4 is right, but doesn't have the 3 at the end. Not to mention the double line item

I think this is a Hard-Code problem. If it was just a double play I could fix it. We don't have a triple play category. Markus takes care of that.

I will post it in Bugzilla. It ought to be an easy fix for him.

The problem is in the way the story is written.

The token converts to "when he slept awkwardly". And this just won't work.

I will change it read:

The center fielder reportedly suffered the injury when he slept awkwardly.

Not well-written or thought out, but hopefully, it will read right and make some sense.

The injury stories really need some work.

I reported this as a bug quite some time ago. I think it may have been fixed.

The game score token [%game score] wasn't converting properly.

In the latest Beta build...not released yet...it was correct in the News stories I saw.

So it may be fixed.

I was wrong. The game token for game score does work in the game, at least in the latest Beta build. This build has not been released yet. It is still in testing.

I saw New Stories in the Suspension Brawl category that gave the game score correctly. Hopefully it has been fixed.

There are three Suspension Categories: Brawl, Drugs and Arguing.

Not postive, but I think I have seen them in the game. I will make a point to check for them in the latest Beta build, which has not been released yet.
