No, the scale isn't linear. Even if you set aging to .05 you might not get any 50 year olds, though I encourage to you run a thirty year sim and report back to us. I'd actually like to see players last longer than they do.

Guys retire at 45 no matter what. But no, there isn't huge talent arcs. The biggest issue is that you see more 40 years in the game and more guys playing in their late 30s who play with more of their ratings intact. Which I like a lot.

I'm curious, and this is a question maybe Darkcloud or one of our Canadian friends can answer.
I've created a Canadian league, and Sarnia was one of the cities that was automatically generated. Sarnia is not included in the DMA listings, and looking at a map (just to double check), I'd think it would be lumped under London (Ontario) DMA. ....but it's almost equidistant from Windsor too. Which should it be under? I'm thinking London (and will start my setup like that), but I can always change it. EDIT: I just saw Windsor too, which probably narrows it down to Windsor or London. EDIT 2: I guess it's a moot point regardless, as both the Windsor and London markets are a market size of 0. But I'm still curious.
