Need help with my game licenses. Help Please!

I have a problem with my licenses. We are allowed 2 licenses, and that’s fine, but my problem is as follows.

I downloaded the game the day it came out and installed one of my licenses. Then 2 days later I had a problem with my computer and had to do a “System Restore” to a date back before I installed the game. After the system restore, the game showed as not being installed anymore, so I downloaded and installed the game again and I’m guessing I had to use my second license to get the game to work.

My question is, how do I get my 1<SUP>st</SUP> license back? I am going to be buying a laptop here in a couple days, and would like to be able to install the game on it so I can play down at the lake. Can someone help me with this? I need to free up my 1<SUP>st</SUP> license somehow.

I wasn’t sure where to post this, and hope this is ok, cause I’d really like to get this done before buying a laptop. I probably won’t buy one if I can put the game on it.

I'll give it a try. I just never had alot of luck trying to deal with them in the past, but, what the hell. One more time won't kill me I guess.
