I can't think of one game I have ever played (and I have played every major baseball release in the last 35 years) that even comes close to a roster set like that.

Including the MLB2k games which have an official exclusive licensing agreement and a budget that is 100 times that of a game like OOTP.

That is a pretty unrealistic expectation level IMO.
