I assume you mean this Retrosheet Hit Location Diagram
Your thread title is a bit misleading as ballpark factors are the numbers that determine hit, double, triple and hr ratings for each park and whether a park is a pitchers park or a hitters park. |

What I am trying to do is assign ball locations for fictional ballparks and I am wondering if there is a way I can know which numbers/letters are foul balls and which ones are fair along the baselines and out to the foul poles. Ant ideas?

I think if you look at the chart I linked too it does just that. Any location ending in "F" is a foul location. I will assume as a baseball fan that you already know the numerical designation of positions so using leftfield fo example "7LS" would be down the leftfield line shallow and "7LM" would be medium deep. "7LDF" would be deep down the line foul. On the infield "5F" would be foul to third etc. In all cases s=shallow, m=medium, d=deep and xd= extra deep
