What does a guy have to do get a job?

I've sim two seasons and still no job offer. Is this normal or is it just me?

I've had it take two years. If you don't get an offer after three I'd label it odd.

usually they have the job offers august through october. if you don't get even a class A offer may as well delete the game and restart. i usually sim one week at a time starting at the end of july, go to manager, avaliable jobs and check at the end of each weekly sim. i dont believe i've never had at least one offer
