Confused about ratings/scouting
I have scouting off. I've never had it on, this is skydog's fictional league. If I look at a player, I thought I'd see actual ratings. But the ratings I see, are different than the ones in the scouting report (clicked on right next to contract/status) for each player card. Why is this? This is just a few months after the inaugural draft.
