Baseball America Top 100 annual report?

Sorry, but couldn't find an answer in the manual or by searching here.

If you use the annual option for the top 100 report when is it produced?

Right now if I use annual I don't have anyone in the top 100 and my ML system scores a 0, very surprising as I have two up and coming position players that imported from v2007. If I go dynamic I have my two in the top 100 and my system is 27th with a score of 13. FWIW my import was just before the play-offs and I have now progressed to playing games in the following Spring Training season. So about 5 months with nobody in the top 100 until I used the dynamic setting.

Someone earlier posted that their human controlled team didn't have anyone on the list. So he traded for a player on the list and when that player joined his team he was no longer listed. Link..

He doesn't say if he uses annual or dynamic but it makes me wonder if there is a connection? Annual for some reason doesn't list players from human teams while dynamic does? Or is it just coincidence?

Anyway figured the first question would be easy to answer by someone in the know.

And wondered if anyone else is seeing any issues with the BA Top 100\ML system reports and human controlled teams?

I imported a season in progress and mine was created on May 24 with one of my players occupying the #2 spot. My system is also ranked number two in the league.
