Generate HTML History with Player Pictures

I have a fictional league for which I've manually assigned photographs (by re-naming the files and then "freezing" the picture for that player in-game).

Unfortunately, when I generate a History HTML report, the player pictures for those retired players are not being generated and attached to each player's HTML report, even though when I have "Copy and upload images..." checked on the "Create Reports & FTP Upload" page.

EDIT: Somewhat related question: does anyone know why the in-game HTML generator creates team logo image files in the format of "city_nickname.png" but the generated HTML files are looking for logos in the format of "City_Nickname.png"? It's a real pain in the butt to have to rename all the team logo files before uploading them.

Anyone know how I can make this work so that the "frozen" player pictures are attached to the player HTML pages?

Never mind - it's working now, even though I'm not doing anything differently. Odd.
